At the beginning of February, the first supra-regional Likra sales seminar took place in Tashkent (Uzbekistan).
Our Export Manager DI Engelbert Halbmayer, together with the Area Manager Dr. Abduvosit Fayzulloev, invited the dealers and sales partners from the Central Asian region (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan) to participate in a two-day training course. The focus was on further increasing the technical competence of the partners - especially in the field of cattle feeding.
The first day was filled with theoretical topics such as ration concept, mineral supply, checklists for company visits and training on the Likra range with its new products and innovations. For the practical part, the group of 20 visited the Intermilk dairy farm, with about 800 dairy cows. The use of a mobile rapid analyzer for feed analysis and the interpretation of the results was demonstrated. Other methods to ensure correct feeding, such as animal observation, TMR sieve analysis and faecal washing, were also carried out jointly.
