THE SHAREHOLDERS

LIKRAGROUP as a holding company and owner of several companies in the animal feed business, is owned by Kapeller Beteiligungs GmbH and Mag. Sabine Wied-Baumgartner. The shareholders of Kapeller Beteiligungs GmbH are Roland Kapeller, Birgit Greiderer and Dir. Johannes Kapeller.

MILESTONES

1991
Foundation and takeover of 100% of the company shares in Likra Tierernährung. Participation of the Hettegger company in Bischofshofen.

1992
Establishment of the JAHN company with takeover of the distribution and acquisition of different trademark rights.

2005
Purchase of the mixed feed plant HEMO in Ingolstadt with acquisition of the trademark rights for Bosch livestock feed with subsequent foundation of the Likra West in Ingolstadt.

2008
Takeover of the distribution and acquisition of the trademark rights of the company MAREK.

2011
Acquisition of distribution and trademark rights for Inntaler mineral feed.

2013
Acquisition of Inntaler-Polska, Poland.

2019
Participation of Agro Trading GmbH in Carinthia.

THE ENTERPRISE

LIKRAGROUP with its 200 employees covers a substantial part of the Austrian
compound feed production with a feed output of now 190.000 t.

As a 100 % subsidiary, LIKRA Tierernährung is the core of LIKRAGROUP and, with 2 modern production sites, ensures the nationwide supply of livestock feed in Austria, both through private agricultural traders and in the integrated direct business of poultry and turkey feed..

With LIKRA West, LIKRAGOUP has a subsidiary in southern Germany, which also operates a compound feed plant and supplies both the agricultural trade in Bavaria and is active with mineral feed throughout Germany.

Likra Polska is a 100 % LIKRAGROUP subsidiary. Likra Polska is headquartered in Bydgoszcz, Poland, and sells LIKRA mineral feed and LIKRA specialties as well as milk replacers from the brand "Inntaler".

The Jahn Futtermittel company is a subsidiary of LIKRAGROUP based in St. Marienkirchen am Hausruck and mainly sells mineral feed and concentrates to small and medium-sized agricultural businesses throughout Austria. The farmers are advised by JAHN sales representatives and mostly supplied directly.

The participation in the company Hettegger in Bischofshofen was chosen for the prompt delivery of dairy cattle feed in the alpine regions of Salzburg, Carinthia and Tyrol as well as the Ennstal and Murtal. In addition to LIKRA dairy cattle feed, organic feed, grain and grain mixtures are also supplied.

An important trading partner is present with the participation in the company Agro Trading in Grafenstein for Carinthia and East Tyrol. The main focus is on innovation in the use of agricultural inputs and feed while optimizing the yield in the field, arable land and animal production.
